Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship?

Our Pita Chips ship nationwide. Our Fresh Delivered Meats & Sauces are local delivery only (because nobody wants warm chicken...including us).

How long does shipping take?

Chips typically arrive in 2-5 business days depending on your location. Fresh Delievered orders arrive on your scheduled/local delivery window.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart (chips vs. fresh delivery) and where you are. We keep it as fair as humanly possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yep - when you hit the free-shipping threshold of $50+, we cove it. Your wallet can exhale.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If we haven't packed it yet, yes. Email us ASAP with your order number and we'll do our best to catch it before it leaves the building.

What makes Soko Pita Chips different?

We use real pita bread and bake it into crispy perfection. No weird shortcuts. No "pretending to be pita"

Are they fried?

Nope - baked, not fried. Crunchy without the greasy afterparty.

Are they gluten-free?

Not at the moment - pita is wheat based. We'll shout it from the rooftops if/when we make a GF version

Are they kid-friendly?

Extremely. They're basically the snack that gets demolished in 6 minutes and then everyone asks, "wait do we have more?"

What should I dip them in?

Hummus is the obvious answer. Bust also: guac, labneh, salsa, chicken salad, or straight out the bag (iconic behavior).

Where can I find ingredients and nutrition info?

On each product page. We keep it transparent - no mystery ingredients, no tiny fine print games.

Do you use preservatives?

We aim to keep ingredients simple and real. Always check each product listing for the most up-to-date ingredient panel.

Any major allergens?

Chips contain wheat (gluten).

Storage & Freshness

How do I store pita chips?

Cool, dry place. Reseal the bag tightly (or use a clip) to keep them crunchy.

My chips lost their crunch - now what?

It happens, Quick fix: spread them on a tray and warm in the oven for a few minutes. Crunch revival is real.
