Ordering & Shipping

Our Pita Chips ship nationwide. Our Fresh Delivered Meats & Sauces are local delivery only (because nobody wants warm chicken...including us).

Chips typically arrive in 2-5 business days depending on your location. Fresh Delievered orders arrive on your scheduled/local delivery window.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart (chips vs. fresh delivery) and where you are. We keep it as fair as humanly possible.

Yep - when you hit the free-shipping threshold of $50+, we cove it. Your wallet can exhale.

If we haven't packed it yet, yes. Email us ASAP with your order number and we'll do our best to catch it before it leaves the building.

Soko Fresh Delivered (Meats & Sauces)

It's our local delivery service for pre-marinated, ready-to-cook meats + sauces. Think: big flavor, minimal effort, zero "what's for dinner?" stress.

It's raw and pre-marinated, ready for you to cook at home (grill, overn, air-fryer - we love them all).

Vacuum sealed, labeled, and packed cold. It's basically getting VIP treatment from kitchen to doorstep.

We pack Fresh Delivered orders cold and transport them in insulated carriers to help maintain safe temps. When it arrives, pop it in the fridge ASAP.

Ideally cook within 2-4 days of delivery for peak freshness. If you're not cooking soon, freeze it.

Yes! Freeze it right away if needed. Thaw in the fridge overnight when you're ready.

Sauces

Some are "hello flavor", some are "okay WOW". Each sauce description on the product page will tell you the vibe (mild/medium/spicy).

Store them in the fridge and use by the best-by guidance on the label. If it smells off or looks funky trust your instinct.

Everything. But if we're being specific:

- Garlic sauce = chicken, wraps, bowls, dipping literally anything

- Catalan sauce = marinades, grilled meats, roasted veggies, "make it spicy" moments

Pita Chips

We use real pita bread and bake it into crispy perfection. No weird shortcuts. No "pretending to be pita"

Nope - baked, not fried. Crunchy without the greasy afterparty.

Not at the moment - pita is wheat based. We'll shout it from the rooftops if/when we make a GF version

Extremely. They're basically the snack that gets demolished in 6 minutes and then everyone asks, "wait do we have more?"

Hummus is the obvious answer. Bust also: guac, labneh, salsa, chicken salad, or straight out the bag (iconic behavior).

Ingredients, Nutrition & Allergens

On each product page. We keep it transparent - no mystery ingredients, no tiny fine print games.

We aim to keep ingredients simple and real. Always check each product listing for the most up-to-date ingredient panel.

Chips contain wheat (gluten). For meats and sauces, allergens very by recipe - check product pages for details.

Storage & Freshness

Cool, dry place. Reseal the bag tightly (or use a clip) to keep them crunchy.

It happens, Quick fix: spread them on a tray and warm in the oven for a few minutes. Crunch revival is real.

Put meats and sauces in the fridge right away. If you're not using meat within 204 days, freeze it.
